The General Secretary of the Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq Movement, His Eminence Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, received today, Monday, in his office in Baghdad, the head of the Accountability and Justice Commission, Mr. Jabbar Hardan Salman, to discuss ways to develop the work of the commission and enhance its institutional performance, in addition to discussing the latest political developments in the country.
During the meeting, His Eminence Sheikh Al-Khazali congratulated Mr. Jabbar Hardan on his appointment as head of the Accountability and Justice Commission, wishing him success in performing his national duties, in a way that contributes to improving the work of the commission and achieving its goals.
His Eminence stressed the importance of developing the work of the Accountability and Justice Commission and organizing its mechanisms, and adopting professionalism, transparency and speed in completing transactions, in order to ensure the fair application of the law, far from any practices that conflict with the principles of justice and fairness.
His Eminence also stressed the importance of concerted efforts by national forces to support the stability of state institutions, strengthen the rule of law, and create the appropriate atmosphere to advance the development and reconstruction process, in order to fulfill the aspirations of the Iraqi people.
